Does breastfeeding help you lose weight?

The breastfeeding celebrities have been at it again! Apparently actress Salma Hayek has been pumping furiously to help shed the post-baby kilos. According to the article Salma Hayek’s Milk Machine, “the actress has been pumping and freezing endless amounts of breast milk. When she’s not feeding Valentina, she’s hooked up to an industrial-size breast pump.”
